Booking an appointment

Booking a slot with a BURIDA department, receiving your QR-coded receipt, adding the appointment to your calendar, cancelling or rescheduling it.

Booking online saves you the wait: you pick the department, the date and the time, and you turn up with a receipt.

To prepare an account on the platform and an identity document for the day of the appointment.

The 4 steps

  1. Sign in — an account is required in order to book.
  2. Choose the department — you select the BURIDA department you wish to meet.
  3. Choose the date and time — the calendar only shows slots that are genuinely available.
  4. Confirm — you submit your request.

Booking rules

  • You must book at least 2 working days in advance. Closer slots are not offered.
  • Slots last 30 minutes.
  • They are open Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 4 pm by default.
  • You may not have more than 5 pending appointments at once.

Good to know if no slot appears, try a later week: the two-working-day rule hides the beginning of the calendar.

The receipt and the QR code

The receipt with a QR code is only issued once the appointment has reached the CONFIRMED status. While the request is pending, the receipt does not exist yet.

Adding the appointment to your calendar

An .ics calendar file can be downloaded from the appointment page, and it is also attached to the emails you receive. Open it to add the appointment to your usual calendar.

An automatic reminder is sent to you the day before.

Cancelling or rescheduling

  • While the appointment is not confirmed, you can cancel or reschedule it yourself online, from your personal area.
  • Once it is confirmed, cancelling and rescheduling are no longer done online: contact the department concerned.

On the day

To prepare turn up 10 minutes before the appointment time, with an identity document and your receipt (printed or on your phone).
