Distributions and earnings

Consulting the distribution calendar, checking whether you are a beneficiary, reading your earnings and exporting them.

A distribution is the moment when the royalties collected by BURIDA are shared among rights holders. This guide explains how to follow those operations and find what is due to you.

What you can consult without an account

Two services are public, no account needed:

  • the distribution calendar, which announces the operations;
  • the "am I a beneficiary" checker, which answers from your card number and your surname.

Good to know the public checker is the quickest way to find out whether a distribution concerns you, even from a relative's phone.

My earnings, in your personal area

Once signed in, the My earnings section shows the detail of your royalties.

Warning this section relies on a card number. Without a card number recorded on your file, the earnings pages redirect you: there is no error, the identifier that makes the match is simply missing. If you are a member and your card number does not appear, report it to BURIDA's departments.

Printing and exporting

Two outputs are available:

  • a printable summary statement, which you open and print from your browser;
  • a CSV export, which opens in a spreadsheet.

Good to know there is no server-generated PDF for earnings: to obtain a file, use your browser's print function ("Save as PDF") from the summary statement.

When the figures do not appear

Earnings are read from BURIDA's accounting system. If that system is temporarily unavailable, a dedicated message is shown instead of the amounts.

Warning that message reports a technical outage. It does not mean you have no royalties. Try again later, and if it persists, file a claim (see the guide "Getting help").

Disputing a distribution

If you believe an amount is wrong, or that a distribution has left you out, you can file a distribution dispute from the Claims and requests section of your personal area: it is attached directly to the distribution concerned.
